印楝素对斜纹夜蛾幼虫取食行为的影响

Effect of azadirachtin on the feeding behavior of tobacco cutworm [ Spodoptera litura (Fabricius)] larvae.

研究了经印楝素处理后斜纹夜蛾［Ｓｐｏｄｏｐｔｅｒａｌｉｔｕｒａ（Ｆａｂｒｉｃｉｕｓ）］５龄幼虫的取食行为．结果表明：斜纹夜蛾５龄幼虫２４ｈ内发生的取食活动和取食间间隔的次数减少，平均每次取食活动和取食间间隔持续的时间延长；在每次取食活动中，用于取食的时间明显减少，这主要是因为在每次取食活动中，取食内间隔的次数增加了，并且取食内间隔的时间也延长了．所有上述有关取食行为的指标，处理虫与对照虫之间均存在显著或极显著的差异．

Effect of azadirachtin on the feeding behavior of the fifth instar larvae of tobacco cutworm [ Spodoptera litura ( Fabricius) ] eating flowering Chinese cabbage ( Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis var. utilis Tsen et Lee) leaves was quavtitatively described through continual observation for 24 h in the laboratory. Six larvae treated by their host plant leaves were sprayed with Margosan O in the petri dishes and the control group was sprayed with water. The result showed that the temporal feeding patterns of the six larvae which were treated with Margosan O were different from those untreated. The meal length, the net time spent eating in a meal, the inter feeding gap and the intra feeding gap length, the boult numbers and the numbers of the two types of gaps of the larvae treated with Margosan O were significantly different from those untreated.
