“大学生素质拓展计划”实施现状调查及对策——以西南交通大学为例

Investigation on Implementing the Program of University Students Quality Expansion and Corresponding Suggestions——Take Southwest Jiaotong University as Example

"大学生素质拓展计划"是由共青团中央、教育部、全国学联为深入推进高校素质教育而联合实施的一项系统工程。对西南交通大学的大学生进行问卷调查,发现大学生对"大学生素质拓展计划"的认知度较高,评价较好,但"计划"实施环节中的职业设计指导还存在不足之处。因此,应加强职业设计的指导力度,提高素质拓展项目质量,进一步完善其评价体系。同时加强对"计划"的实施指导和宣传力度,强化素质拓展认证工作和社会认同度,使"计划"更好地服务于学生的成长成才。

The Program of University Students＇ Quality Expansion, aimed at promoting quality- oriented education in universities, is a systematic project jointly implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Young League, Ministry of Education and National Students＇ Union. After having analyzed questionnaires of the students of SWJTU, we find that students of the university possess a good awareness of the program and generally speak highly of it. However, they pointed out the deficiency in occupational planning instruction during the program implementing. So we should strengthen the occupational planning instruction and improve the evaluation system of the program. In addition, we should add importance to instruction implementing and program publicizing, the work of quality expansion certification and social recognition, making the program better serve students＇ growth.
