摘要
对四川省部分高校体育教师进行问卷调查和座谈,结果表明目前多数高校体育教师的自我职业认同程度以及对工作环境的满意度较高。但工作量过重、职业认同感与现实的学科评价体系矛盾等问题,容易给教师带来不良的心理暗示,增加他们的精神压力,从而使其产生内心冲突,阻碍其职业发展。因此建议教师要建立工作底线,关注工作兴奋点;努力创造自我,改变心理认知结构;保持乐观的工作态度,善于奖励自己。
Through the questionnaire survey and informal discussions with physical education (PE) teachers of some colleges and universities in Sichuan Province, we find that the majority of PE teachers have high level of vocational acceptance as well as high satisfaction with their work environment. But heavy workload, the conflict between professional identity and the realistic subject evaluation system and other problems are easy to give adverse psychological hints to teachers and increase their mental stress, resulting in inner conflict and hindering their career development. Therefore we recommend that PE teachers should establish a working bottom-line, concern the point of excitement in work, manage to realize ego-creation, change psychological cognitive structure, maintain an optimistic attitude and be good at self rewarding.
