第11届全国运动会体操比赛男子跳马动作特点分析

对第11届全国运动会(以下简称"全运会")、40届世界锦标赛(以下简称"世锦赛")及29届奥运会体操比赛男子跳马单项决赛前八名运动员的动作类型、动作类别、动作难度以及动作的完成情况进行统计分析,得出我国优秀跳马运动员动作难度和完成质量均低于国外优秀运动员。建议我国跳马运动员和教练员注重"潮流动作"的训练,不断提高完成对高难动作完成的质量。

With the research methods of observation, statistics and literature study, the paper analyses the movement types, difficulties and performance of the top eight athletes in the man＇s vault competition in the llth National Sports Meeting, the 40th World Championship and the 29th Olympic Games. The paper points out that the movement difficul- ty and quality of the foreign excellent athletes are better than those of the athletes in China and the vault movements of the Chinese athletes are not fashionable. The paper proposes to pay more attention to the fashionable vault movement and improve the performance quality.
