摘要
平衡记分卡从财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长4个角度对组织的绩效进行考核,强调了绩效考核的战略性、全面性、平衡性和发展性。借用此思想,体育院校应用平衡计分卡可以将教学质量监控绩效考评分成以下5个层面即财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习和成长、长效机制。5个层面之间以长效机制层面为核心,相互间形成因果关系和驱动关系。
The balanced scoreboard is used in the performance evaluation in the aspects of finance, customer, inner process, learning and development. The P. E. colleges and universities can apply the balanced scoreboard in the teaching quality monitoring and performance management in the aspects of finance, customer, inner process, learning and development and long-term mechanism.
