我国中小学体育教师教育硕士培养现状与对策

Current education master cultivation of P.E. teachers in elementary and middle schools in China and countermeasures

揭示了制约我国体育专业教育硕士培养的主要问题是招生困难、教育需求不旺、招生制度不合理等,对问题的解决提出了相应的对策;建立和完善配套制度,加大政策扶持力度,增加体育教师攻读教育硕士的内在动力;放宽报考条件;取消外语考试。

This paper reveals the problems restricting the P. E. education master cultivation, such as enrollment difficulty, low education demand and inappropriate enrollment system. The paper also proposes countermeasures, such as improving the supporting system, encouraging the P. E teachers to pursue the master degree, lowering the conditions for test and cancelling the foreign language test.
