摘要
１０年的系统研究结果表明，矮象草具有适应性与抗逆性强、产量较高质量好、粗蛋白质含量与消化率高、叶量大利用率高、动物利用增产效果显著的特点，是适于热带亚热带地区种植的优良牧草品种。
Dwarf elephantgrass was a pasture germplasm introduced from America in 1987. Through the comprehensive studies for 10 years, it has been proven that Dwarf elephantgrass is of the characters of high adaptability and hardiness, high crude protein content, high digestibility, a great amount of leaves, high rate of utilization and significant increaases of animal production. It is a suitable pasture cultivar good for tropical and subtropical climate.
