摘要
从人的生理特征出发,依据人机工程学的相关原理,以人手在操作手工钳时上肢的活动为例,在此基础上分析造成累积损伤疾病的原因,给出手工钳设计的一些原则,并以此为依据,在三维数字化的基础上对手工钳进行了改进,最后通过CTD分析软件在定量层面上得出了手工钳的实验分析及评价,证明该方法是合理可行的。
From people's physiological characteristics, according to the relevant principle of ergonomics, take hand activity of the upper limbs while operating as an example. Analyze that causes accumulating the reason which damages the disease, and give some design principles. Improve the manual pliers on the basis of 3D digitization, through CTD software the experimental analysis and appraisal of the manual pliers on the quantitative aspects is finally drew which proves the method is feasible.
