“对口支援”西部高校社会资本的三个维度分析

The Analysis of the Three Dimensionalities of Social Capital to East-West University Partnerships

社会资本是高校学术资源的重要配置方式。该文根据Nahapiet & Ghoshal将社会资本划分为结构维度、关系维度和认知维度的视角,用社会资本对"对口支援"西部高校工作进行描述:在"对口支援"西部高校工作起始阶段,通过关系性维度构建的对口支援"强关系"成为西部高校的主要社会资源;当"对口支援"西部高校工作不断深入推进,结构性维度需要更加关注西部高校在社会网络中的位置;当"对口支援"西部高校工作成为校际之间拥有共同的愿景目标时,西部高校的社会资本更加具有增值性。

Social capital is an important collocation of academic resources in university. In this paper, from the view of Nahapiet ＆ Ghoshal who divide social capital into structural, relational and cognitive dimensionalities, we use social capital to describe the work of East-West University Partnerships. At the beginning of East-West University Partnerships, the ＂strong relationship＂ which is built from relational dimensionality is the main social capital in universities in West China. With the advancement of the part- nerships, structural dimensionality needs to focus on the location of universities in West China in the whole social network. When the partnerships become the common desire, the social capital of west universities will have more multiplication.
