摘要
本文用基于激光衍射原理的Malvern2604C 型粒子分析仪,研究了定容弹中PT喷油器的高压喷雾粒度分布特性受环境温度、压力的变化以及碰壁反弹的影响。结果表明:在800K 环境温度下,在距喷孔40mm 处仍有未蒸发的燃油滴存在,且随温度的升高,SMD 有增大的趋势,而环境压力的增加,则使SMD 减小。射流碰壁后,反弹回来的油滴变得更细、更均匀。
Using a MALVERN 2604C particle sizer based on the principle of Fraunhofer diffraction,this paper studied the effect of the ambienttemperature,the pressure,the jet impingement and reflection on thecharacteristics of the diesel spray droplet size distribution.The spray wasinjected into a bomb at high injection pressure by a CUMMINS PT system.The results show that at a temperature as high as 800 K,there are stillunevaporated droplets observed at a distance of 40mm from the nozzle,the SMD increases with a rise in temperature and decreases with theambient pressure getting higher.When the jet impinges on the wall,and that the reflected droplets become much smaller and more uniform.
