加强实验室建设是地方本科院校面临的一个重要问题,本文从体制与管理、实验教学、教学仪器设备、实验队伍、环境与安全这五个方面对实验室建设和管理提出了具体措施,对有效促进人才培养质量和提高实验室管理水平具有一定的参考价值。

To strengthen laboratory construction at the local colleges is an important issue. Specific measures of laboratory construction and management were proposed from five aspects, those are the institutional and management, experimental teaching, teaching equipment, laboratory team, environment and security. It has a certain reference value for promoting quality of personnel training and improving the level of laboratory management.
