环境友好型农村生态环境建设研究

Study on Construction of Environmental Friendly Ecological Rural Environment

作为一个农业大国,"三农"问题是我国当前经济社会发展中的重要课题。2009年,温家宝总理在政府工作报告中用大量篇幅提到了三农问题。这充分说明了现阶段解决农村问题的必要性和紧迫性,说明了党和国家对农村问题的重视。农村环境是涉及到广大农民的切身利益的大事,是农村经济社会持续稳定协调发展的基本物质条件。当前,中国农村的环境污染严重,生态环境持续恶化,严重影响了农村居民的生活质量。加强农村环境保护,改善农村环境质量,是从根本上解决"三农"问题,实现建设社会主义新农村目标的根本保证。从分析我国农村生态环境存在的问题入手,结合建设环境友好型社会的理论与实践,提出了建设环境友好型农村生态环境的意见和建议。

As a large agricultural country, ＂three rural＂ issue is an important subject in China＇s current economic and social development. In 2009, Premier Wen Jiabao gave wide coverage to the three agricultural issues in his government work report which give sense to the importance the central government attached to the issue. The rural environment in relation to the immediate interests of the peasants is a major event in the rural economic and social sustainable and stable conditions. At present, serious environmental pollution in rural China, the continued deterioration of the ecological environment, seriously affecting the quality of life for rural residents. Strengthening of rural environmental protection, improve the rural environmental quality, is to fundamentally solve the ＂three rural＂ issue and realize the goal of building a socialist new countryside fundamental guarantee. By analyzing the existence of China＇s rural ecological environment problems, we should put forward the building of environment-friendly rural ecological environment of the comments and suggestions.
