摘要
小香乌鸡是贵州珍禽——黔东小香鸡中的一个类型。主产于黔东南黎平、从江、榕江三县及邻近地区，年存栏约２０万只。该鸡以小、香、皮、肉、骨皆乌而闻名，还有早熟、肉质滑嫩、肉味香等特点。但小香乌鸡有产蛋低、就巢性强的缺点。年均就巢３．５～４．５次，就巢持续时...
