基因芯片数据挖掘与肿瘤分子分型研究 被引量:5

摘要 当前.飞速发展的基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、代谢组等“组学”技术产生了海量研究数据。以基因表达谱芯片为例,常用商用芯片的探针数约为43000个,加上科学研究中对样本数量与重复次数的要求,一次实验实际产生的数据量异常巨大。对于“组学”研究产生数据的意义已非人眼所能识别,需引入大规模计算机程序加以处理。一般而言,单个的基因芯片研究往往是实验者根据原有研究目的分析了海量数据中的一部分信息.尚有大量有价值的信息湮没于数据中。鉴于此,在庞大数据中搜索和发现其他被忽略的重要信息.极为必要。
