China Gas buys smaller rival , eyes larger market share

China Gas Holdings Ltd, which is engaged mainly in investment, operation and management of urban gas pipeline infrastructure in China, on Jan. 28 said that it will spend HK$2.12 billion to buy all outstanding shares of Zhongyu Gas Holdings Ltd, sources reported.
