摘要
本文提出了一种新的诊断技术—用凸轮轴扭矩信号作为判别柴油机燃油喷射系统工作状态的参数。作者对凸轮轴扭矩进行了分析,提出了诊断参数,开发了计算机故障诊断系统,在台架上进行了故障模拟试验,并对6135柴油机进行实机监测。理论和试验表明:用扭矩诊断技术可以诊断喷油系统的常见故障,用凸轮轴扭矩信号可以在试验台上或在柴油机上对多至18缸的组合式油泵各缸的喷油正时、供油量均匀性进行监测和调整。本技术除了适用于柴油机监测,还可望用于高压油泵出厂试验之传统方法的改进。
The paper deals with a unique diagnostic technique which uses the camshaft torque in diagnosing the faults of the fuel injection system fordiesel engine.The analysis of camshaft torque and the computer-aided fault diagnosingsystem were worked out by the authors,A number of experimental simu-lations were tested on test stand,and actual monitoring was done on6135G diesel engine.Calculations and experiments prove that the main failures of fuelinjection system of diesel engine can be detected by measuring the camshafttorque;It is possible to monitor and adjust the timing and uniformityof fuel injection on a fuel injection pump of up to 18 cylinder enginesby using this method.It is expected that this advanced technique can also be used in impro-ving the factory-adjusted test method for fuel injection pumps.
