摘要
机床产品中的基础件、支承件几乎均为铸铁件,而对这类铸铁件进行时效处理是保证机床产品精度和使用寿命的关键。对铸铁件的各种时效处理方法,从绿色制造的角度出发,对包括环境、资源、时间、质量和成本5项因素在内的各种时效处理方法,采用模糊综合层次评价方法(Fuzzy-AHP)对其进行了绿色性综合评价。得到3种时效处理方法的绿色性综合评分值分别为:振动时效66.8分、热时效56.8分、自然时效53分。评价结果证明,机床铸铁件的各种时效处理方法中,振动时效方法是唯一的绿色制造方法。
The basic and supporting components in the engine bed product are nearly cast iron, and to carry on aging treatment to this cast iron is the key to guarantee the precision and service life of the engine bed products, in view of each kind of aging treatment method , embarks from the green manufacture angle, this article carry on the green synthesis appraisal to the various aging treatment methods including five factors that is environment, resources, time, quality and cost used the fuzzy synthesis level appraisal method (Fuzzy-AHP). Green synthesis value of three aging treatments is obtained which respectively is: Vibration effectiveness 66.8, hot aging 56.8 minute, natural aging 53. The appraisal result proved that, in the all kinds of aging treatment method about casts iron on engine bed, the vibration is the only green one.
