对农村住房建设的现状进行了调查,阐述了农村住宅小区化建设的现实意义,就如何在农村推行住宅小区建设进行了探讨,指出农村新建住宅逐渐向小区聚集将是一项利国利民造福百姓的民心工程。
The paper has the investigation of the current situation for rural house construction, illustrates the realistic significance for the rural residential construction, explores the way of how to carry out the residential district construction, and points out the rural new-built residence assembly is a project, which is beneficial for the country, the people.
