针对高校教师从事科研、教学的工作特点,提出了高校教工住宅设计应遵循以人为本的人性化设计理念,阐述了户型、客厅、餐厅、厨房、卫生间、卧室、书房等方面的设计思想。

For college teachers engaged in scientific research and teaching work of the special factors, proposed university faculty housing should be designed to follow the people-oriented humanized design concept, and illustrates the expounded-family, living room, dining, kitchen, bath- room, bedroom, study and other aspects of design.
