摘要
在分析我国住宅小区智能化建设发展背景的基础上,对国内住宅小区智能化建设的发展现状,特别是就其存在问题和解决措施进行了重点分析,并展望了我国住宅小区智能化建设的发展趋势。
On the basis of having analyzed the developing background of the intellectualization construction of the communities in our country. I have made concrete analysis about the current situations in the intellectualization construction domestically nowadays, particularly in that of the existing problems and the .solutions concerned, and the developping tendence has been laid out at last.
