摘要
结合自身工作实践,阐述了网络计划在施工过程中的必要性,对网络计划在实际施工时执行过程中的缺陷和不妥进行了分析与探讨,对其如何改进及进行调整提出了建议,以期更好地指导施工。
Based on self-owned practical working experience, it represents the necessity of network planning in construction process, analyzes and discusses the defects of network planning during its performance in practical construction process, and proposes suggestions of irnprovement and adjustment of network planning, so as to ensure its better guidance to construction.
