It introduces the concept of security management of construction, and clarifies the characteristics of safety production of construction and the principles of security management of construction. The causations of the building construction accidents are analyzed and the counter- measures for strengthening the security management of building construction are put forward to reduce or eradicate the construction accidents. Finally it gives the prospect for future security management.
