摘要
以近十年先后在施工单位、建设单位及建设行政主管部门的工作实践,对我国市政行业的建设监理现状进行分析和思考,提出了改变目前监理工作中所存在问题的建议,并对监理、业主人员应具备的素质提出了要求。
In this article, the status and difficulties of the current supervision job in our municipal construction were analysed in detail, based on the writers＇ lately ten years＇ working experience in constructing company, construction owner as well as the administrative construction supervision department. Besides, the suggestions to resolve these difficulties during the supervision were promoted and the qualifications for the supervising staff and construction owner staff were also discussed.
