通过对我国能源的现状分析,指出实施建筑节能是我国当务之急,介绍了国外发达国家在推广建筑节能方面所采取的措施,对比我们国家的建筑现状,提出了我国建筑节能存在的问题及需要采取的方式。

Based on the analysis of the status of Chinese energy, points out that the implementation of the building energy is urgent problem in China. Introduced the measures about the building energy consumption in the developed countries, by contrast of our country building, puts forward to existing problems and the measures needs to be taken about building energy efficiency.
