The necessity of finance investment evaluation and checkup to the whole procedure engineering cost control of finance investment projects is elaborated. From various stages the question that how to strengthen the whole procedure control of engineering cost is analyzed, at the same time questions deserving attentions in the whole procedure engineering cost control of fiance investment project are emphasized, in or- der to extend the actions of finance investment evaluation and checkup.
