摘要
在详细分析其特性的基础上,以我国建筑工程项目造价管理现状出发,结合市场运行规则,从建筑工程项目造价管理的立项阶段、设计阶段和实施阶段分别予以分析,并结合笔者多年工作经验提出各个阶段管理措施。
Based upon detailed analysis of the characteristics of engineering cost, and combined with present project cost management situations of building engineering in our country, as well as market running law engineering cost management is analyzed from project setting stage, de- sign stage and implementation stage, at the same time combined with several years＇ working experiences corresponding management measures are proposed.
