介绍了孟村回族自治县水利推广体系的建设缘由和建设必要性,结合该县基本情况,提出了规划方案,并对该方案的投资估算与资金筹措、效益、组织管理与保障措施进行了分析和探讨,为如何发展基层水利推广站提供依据。

This paper introduces the construction reasons and the construction necessity of water project extension system in Mengcun Hui nationality autonomous county, and combined with specific situation there, brings up its planning scheme, whose number estimation and fund raising, benefits, organization and management as well as the environmental protection measures are analyzed and discussed, in this paper, providing information for how to develop basic water project extension stations.
