摘要 高师指向培养中学科学教师的课程建设成果对中学课程改革具有重要意义,本文结合国内外研究成果,从课程内容、课程结构、课程体系三个方面论述了高师课程变革的思路;从职前教师的培养、在职教师的培养与进修两个方面论述了中学科学教师的培养与培训的发展方向. The result of the normal university's curriculum reform to cultivate middle school science teachers has very important sighificance. Based on the result of domestic and foreign countries' research, the thesis discusses the direction of nomal utfiversity' s curriculum reform from three aspects: teaching content, curriculum structure and curriculum system; and discusses the way of cultivating middle school science teachers from two aspects: the cultivation of normal university students, and the touinitig of teachers in service.
