米邦塔食用仙人掌的快速繁殖技术研究

摘要 以米邦塔食用仙人掌半成熟的茎片作外植体,消毒后以MS为基本培养基经初代培养后建立无菌材料进行继代培养.在Ms基本培养基中,添加不同浓度的6-BA和NAA,进行培养来探讨外界条件对侧芽组织的诱导情况.研究发现:以“MS+BA4mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L”作为增殖培养基能够获得理想的增殖效果,用1/2MS+1IBAmg/L培养基进行生根诱导对组织的形成较为有利,可以缩短育苗时间. The semi - matured palm-shaped stems of Milpa Alta cactus were used as the explants. After surface sterilization the sterile materials were established viainitial culture. In the basic training base with MS, added with different density of 6- BA and NAA, whether as well as train discussion explants ambient with apex and stem sharp different position, show as a result: A ideal proliferating effect could be carried out by using the medium"MS + 4 mg/L BA + 0.5 mg/L NAA". While palm -shaped under the nature condition, the ideal medium for rooting and planter-strengthening is "1/2MS + 1 mg/L IBA".
