A Discussion on how to explicit tacit knowledge in the teaching of Chemitry

在分析知识的两大类型——显性知识和隐性知识关系的基础上，努力探究化学教学中的隐性知识，提出在教学过程中将隐性知识转化为显性知识的重要性和隐性知识“显性化”的基本途径．

This paper aims to explore tacit knowledge in the teaching of Chemistry on the Basis of the relations between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,and analyzes the importance in transfering from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge.At last,it proposes some advices on how to explicit tacit knowledge in the teaching of Chemistry in order to improve the effect of classroom teaching.
