江苏教育学院02、03、04年级新生HBsAg阳性及ALT异常情况分析

A Analysis of HBsAg Positivity and ALT Disorder among 1408 New Students of Jiangsu Education Institute in 2002,2003 and 2004

目的：为了解不同年级新生入学时HBsAg阳性及ALT异常情况，进一步做好防治工作．方法：对我校02、03、04年级1408名大学本科新生不同年级HBsAg阳性及ALT异常情况进行统计分析．结果：新生总HBsAg阳性率为5．54％；HBsAg阳性率02、03．04年级分别为6．65％、6．35％、3．95％，ALT异常率02．03、04年级分别为0．89％、1．18％、0．53％；02、03、04年级男生HBsAg阳性率和ALT异常率普遍高于女生，但04年级男生HBsAg阳性率和ALT异常率有接近女生趋势．结论：江苏教育学院大学本科入学新生HBsAg阳性率低于我国一般人群平均水平，男生HBsAg阳性率和ALT异常率高于女生，但04年级男生HBsAg阳性率和ALT异常率有接近女生趋势．

Objective It is to understand the situations of HBsAg positivity and ALT disorder among new college students and foster the protective work in these areas. Methods The situations of HBsAg positivity and ALT disorder among new college students in aca- demic years 2002, 2003 and 2004 were analyzed. Results The overall HBsAg positivity rate of the new students was 5.54%, re- spectively 6.65% in 2002,6.35% ill 2003 and 3.95% in 2004. The ALTdisorder rates for the three academic years were respec- tively O. 89%, 1.18% and O. 53 %. The HBsAg positivity and ALT disorder rates of men were both higher than those of women, yet in 2004 the two rates for men were getting closer to those for women. Conclusion HBsAg positivity rate of the new students in Jiang- su Education Institute has been lower than the average rate of the country, while both the HBsAg positivity and ALT disorder rates of men have been higher than those of women. Yet in 2004 the two rates for men were getting closer to those for women.
