近年来，随着高校扩超人数的激增，公共体育课有从专项选修课教学模式回到传统的普修课教学模式的现象．统计表明，这种简单的回归，严重挫伤了学生学习的积极性，导致部分学生产生焦虑．因此，研究和探讨过渡时期的体育教学改革具有广泛的现实意义．

Along with the rapid increase in the number of college students in recent years, the P.E. teaching is tending to return from the elective course to the traditional teaching mode. Statistics shows that it has geratly discouraged students＇enthusiasm, lead- ing to their anxiety. Therefore, it is of significance for teachers to do some reach on the P.E. reform.
