日化产品抑菌效果探究性实验的开发研究

摘要 本文利用"做中学"的原理,采用设计具体实验的方法,对日化产品抑菌效果这个探究性实验进行开发研究,探讨其中可以充分利用的教育教学价值.研究结果表明,以解决学生生活实际问题为主题的科学探究,有利于激发学生的探究兴趣和探究动机,培养学生寻求直接证据解决实际问题的意识和相关技能技巧,提高学生设计实验、通过实验解决实际问题的能力,同时可以促使学生形成运用直接经验进行学习所产生的独特情感体验,还可以培养学生在探究过程中有效地把实证方法与理性思维相结合的意识和能力,从而有效提高学生的生物科学素养. A concrete inquiry experiment on the bacteriostasis effect of daily chemical products according to the theory of "hands-on learning" was de- signed to probe into the teaching value which may be full used. The results indicates that, the scientific inquiry which main topic is to solve the actual prob- lems in students' live can stimulate inquiry interest and inquiry motive, cultivate the intention and develop the skills of children to seek the direct evidence to solve the actual problem, advance the ability of designing experiments and finding the answers of the problems by experiment. At the same time, this kind of scientific inquiry may develop the unique emotion experience of learning by the direct experience, and may promot the students to integrate the method of real evidence with rational thinking effectively, and so, it can develop students' bio-scientific literacy effectively.
