摘要
通过文献资料法透视苏格拉底的体育思想,领会苏格拉底关于体育的深刻哲理.他提出的身心和谐教育思想、终身体育思想、养成健康生活方式、重视妇女和儿童体育教育的思想对于如今社会仍有重要的借鉴作用.
We try to penetrate the sports sprite of Socrates and comprehend Socrates＇ profound philosophy theory about sports by means of reading documentary materials. The ideas of educating the students mentally and physically harmonious, doing sports for all their lives, forming a healthy way to live, attaching importance to the sports education of the women and the children play an important role in modem society.
