高校课外体育的现状与发展分析

Research on the Current Situation and Strategies of Extracurricular P. E.

运用文献资料、访谈等方法对南京市10所高校课外体育的组织形式和组织管理的现状进行分析与研究.结果表明:在当前高校大学生课外体育的组织形式主要有:大学生体育社团、课外体育俱乐部和采取有偿服务的"体育中心"等.针对以上课外体育组织形式的制度管理存在的不足提出合理的建议和对策,为高校课外体育的开展、改革并完善提供借鉴.

Based on the investigation of the situation of extracurricular P. E. in universities and colleges in nanjing, the results indicated that in the extra- curricular P. E. , such as sport corporations of students, sports club and sports center, there existed a certain problems in the way of management. Finally, the suggestions and strategies relation to these problems were proposed.
