摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、学生访谈、实验、数理统计分析等方法,对高校体育教学中运动处方教学进行了实验研究.结果表明:运动处方教学有利于提高学生参加体育锻炼的积极性,学生的体质和运动技能明显提高,终身参加体育锻炼的意识明显增强.
The paper makes an experimental analysis of exercise recipe teaching in college P. E Classes with the methods of document data, questionaire survey, students interview, experiments and mathematical statistics. The result shows that the exercise recipe teaching helps to encourage students' exercise and students' quality and skills being improved, with good consciousness of all life exercise.
