摘要
在保护区内的11个断面上根据植被的组成及其生境的变化建立的2~6个站位各设立了3~5个采样点,采集底栖生物,做生物多样性分析.本次调查共发现潮间带和底栖动物61种,其中环节动物2目9科17种,软体动物10目23科36种,节肢动物3目5科8种.基于本次调查所做的多样性分析表明,处于保护区核心区的底栖生物多样性最高,而处于开发建设之中的大丰港的生物多样性最低.这表明人类有意识的保护或者无节制的开发活动对生物多样性具有决定性的影响.
In this paper, biodiversity analysis was performed in the basis of benthos which were sampled from 2 -6 stations based on fauna conditions in 11 sections of Yancheng seashore nature reserves. In this study, 61 intertidal species were collected, of which, constituted 2 Orders 9 Families 17species of Annelida, 10 Orders 23 Families 36 species of Mollusca, 3 Orders 5 Families 8 species of Arthropoda. Analysis of biodiversity showed the richest biodiversity in core area of nature reserve, which in contradiction with the lowest one in Dafeng Port under construction. The contrast of biodiversity richness in different areas suggested that human activities were the decisive factor to the biodiversity.
