通过大学物理竞赛组织、教学活动和辅导方式的实施,提高学生的学习积极性及学生的学习能力,达到个性化与共性化的谐调统一,以素质教育为目的,促进教学水平和竞赛成绩的提高.
How to select competitor, how to instruct them and how to exercise are key to win the Physics Competition in University. In this paper the authors introduce some efficient ways which are appllyed in our college.
