摘要
将锦鲫分为几个实验组,分别置于不同种类、不同浓度的洗发水溶液中,观察并记录其生理活性、摄食行为等生理指标.结论是:即使是低浓度洗发水溶液污染的水环境是有毒的.污染水可导致鱼的各种生理变化,包括生理活性、呼吸频率,及鱼类的摄食行为改变,且此变化随着测试溶液浓度的改变而产生相应的变化.经过多次测定找到了不同洗发水溶液对鱼类生存的极限浓度,实验中鱼类生存的极限浓度指标是使鱼类无摄食行为时的溶液浓度.通过对实验数据的比较表明"品牌二"洗发水对鱼类的毒性作用相对较强.
After putting the goldfish in shampoo sewage with different concentrations for several minutes, the author observed their physiological reactivity, feeding behavior, and noted down their physilogical indicators. It is drawn from the record that, even the low concentration shampoo sewage is harm to goldfish survive. Even low concentration shampoo sewage could cause the physiological indicators such as changed breathing frequency and feeding decrease of the goldfish. Such physiological indicators change with the increase or decrease of the concentration of shampoo sewage. And it is observed that even the shampoo sewage with the lowest concentration can cause the death of the goldfish. By comparison, it is found "PIAOROU" is the most toxic to the goldfish.
