摘要
用含0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%五种Nacl浓度的修改MS培养基胁迫马铃薯脱毒试管苗的办法,鉴定马铃薯品种的抗盐性。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高,试管苗受影响的程度加重,其试管苗株高、根长、干物质及生物产量间差异显著,最后确定0.3%Nacl胁迫为临界浓度。
The plantlets in vitro of 3 potato cultivars with different salt resistance were treated bythe MS medium containing 0% 10.1% 10.2%. 0.3% and 0.4% sodium chloride, in order toscreen salt, resistant cultivars. Tile results shqwed that the higher salt concentration, themore inhibited effect was. In addition , it showed that the difference between the five treatments were highly significant on the plant height, root length, dry matter accumulation and,the biology yields. Finally, the optimum. Nacl concentration of 0. 3 % was established as acritical vallue to sereen salt resistance of potato cultivars (clones ) cultured, in vitro.
