摘要
口语交际具有动态性、双向互动性、现场性、综合性等特点,使跨文化间的口头交际显得尤为困难。由文化差异引起的文化休克现象是交际顺利进行的一大障碍,言语交际的不畅,已不仅是语言本身的问题,它与语言背后的文化背景和文化因素息息相关。作为第二门语言的学习者,除了重视语言基本功的学习和训练,更多地学习如何使用语言,提高语言能力,尤其是跨文化能力。培养跨文化能力和提高外语交际能力是在高语境与低语境间进行成功的口语交际的关键。
Oral communication is saliently characterized by its dynamics, interactivity, authenticity and integrity These characteristics make cross-cultural communication enormously difficult. Cultural differences may hinder the continuity of communication, and are the main causes of culture shock. Nonfluency or difficulty in communication is not simply a linguistic problem, but rather closely interrelated to cultural contexts and factors. Second language learners should learn to use language creatively, communicatively and functionally and develop their awareness of culture conflict, in addition to obtaining basic enabling knowledge. Cultivating learners' cross-cultural competence and communicative competence are crucial to the success of oral communication between high context culture and low context culture.
