摘要
"教师是一种良心活",这是普通教师对职业的日常性解读,这一解读的背后蕴含着特定的职业认同内涵和方式。通过对实地研究的分析和总结,本研究认为"良心活"蕴含着教师对职业特殊性的理解,如教育对象的特殊性、教育评价的复杂性以及教育过程的迟效性。并且,在实际的职业生活中,教师工作所凭借的"良心"又分为"权威主义良心"和"人道主义良心",由此形成了教师职业认同的内在矛盾和冲突。
"Teacher is a conscience work", this is the teachers commonly understanding about their profession. This understanding contains special meaning and way of profession identity. By the fietdwork, the researcher finds that the "conscience work" contains the teachers' special understanding about their profession, including the particularity of the student, the com- plexity of education appraisement, and the lated effect of education process. Further more, in the practical professional life, the "conscience work" is divided into "authoritative conscience" and "humanitarianism conscience " which result in confliction on teachers' professional identity.
