摘要
利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试技术,研究储油罐起防护作用的环氧煤沥青涂层逐渐被破坏后的阻抗变化规律。结果表明,涂层上孔洞面积增大到一定程度时,10 mHz频率处103Ω数量级的总阻抗值是判定环氧煤沥青涂层防护性能失效的量值。
The impedance change law of epoxy coal tar coating in oil tank was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)testing technology, of which was damaged gradually. When the epoxy coal tar coating in oil tank was damaged gradually, the impedance change law was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)testing technology. The results showed that, when the coating hole area was enlarged to a certain extent, total impedance of 103 at 10mHz frequency was as a value to determine the service life of Epoxy Coal Tar Coating.
