基于Moodle平台的职业院校教师专业化发展研究

Research on the development of higher vocational academy teachers’ professionalization based on Moodle platform

职业教育发展中,职业院校教师专业化发展是关键。本文在介绍Moodle平台特点的基础上,分析了Moodle平台在实现优质教育资源共享,促进自主学习,支持互助协作学习以及实现培训评价的科学性方面的优势,提出利用Moodle平台促进和支持职业院校教师专业化发展。

The development of Higher Vocational Academy teachers＇ professionalization is the key factor on higher vocational education developing process. This paper introduce the characteristics of Moodle platform first, then aaalyze the advantages of Moodle platform in implementing the sharing of high quality education resources, in facilitating self-determination study, in supporting mutual collaboration study and carrying out scientifically evaluation on training, advance using the Moodle platform to promote and support the development of higher vocational academy teachers＇ professionalization.
