以系统功能语法的语篇功能为理论支撑,以《中华人民共和国婚姻法》第二章的汉英语篇为研究语料,在主位模式、衔接手段和语言组织信息等方面对两者进行了详细的比较,并进一步分析了它们在中西方民族文化意识领域的相同和不同,说明了语言与文化相交融的关系。

Based on the theory of textual function, this paper makes a comparison between Chinese and English versions of Marr/age Law of the People＇s Republic of China from the perspectives of theme-structure, cohesion method and language formation. The linguistic similarities and differences are also well reflected in the cultural level, which proves the interconnection between language and culture.
