光学纯酰腙的合成及结构研究

摘要 合成了一种未见报道的酰腙希夫碱化合物,并用核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,该化合物有顺反异构;在CDCl3中,顺反异构体含量几乎相等;在DMSO中,反式异构体约占70%,顺式异构体约占30%。 A acylhydrazone Schiff base has been synthesized. The Schiff base presents two different sets of signals in the ^1HNMR spectrum either in chloroform solution or in dimethylsulfoxide solution, showing the presence of both E and Z isomers. In chloroform solution at room temperature, the E/Z ratio was about 49 : 51,in dimethylsulfoxide solution, the E/Z ratio was 70 : 30.
