摘要 用自制酶对甲壳素进行脱乙酰处理,通过正交实验确定甲壳素脱乙酰最佳工艺条件,得到中性条件下水溶性较好的壳聚糖。对脱乙酰改性后的甲壳素和变性淀粉浆料的性能进行了对比测试分析,结果表明其作为纺织用浆料性能优良。 By using self-made deacetylase to act with chitin and doing orthogonal experiment, the best process condition of deacetylation of chitin was obtained. And the chitin which has good water-solubility in neutral solution was gained. The property of bio-modifled chitin size and modified starch size was compared, and it proved that bio-modified chitin sizing agent is perfect as sizing agent.
