摘要
强捻纱由于其独特的效果,在面料设计方面有很多应用,但是强捻纱捻度不稳定,会影响面料的质量。论述了纱线捻度不稳定性的原因,从原理上分析提高纱线捻度稳定性的方法,给出了间接式蒸纱的特点,并在工厂做了蒸纱实验,分析蒸纱前后纱线捻度稳定性的变化和纱线性能的变化。结果表明:间接式蒸纱可以迅速提高纱线的捻度稳定性,并可适当提高纱线的力学性能。
The cause of yarn instability was introduced, and the way in improving the stability in principle was analysed and the trait of indirectly yarn steaming was given. The changes of yarn stability and yarn property before and after steaming was analysed. It shows that indirectly yarn steaming could improve yarn stability and mechanics function.
