摘要
用EX910E时涤纶非织造布进行拒水拒油整理，对整理工艺条件进行了正交和优化实验。结果表明，适宜的工艺奈件为EX-910E整理剂40g／L，F-2921E架桥剂6g／L，预烘条件100℃×2～3min，焙烘条件160℃×2．5min。
Repellent agent EX-910 was used to finish nonwoven of polyester, and the process conditions was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showes the technologcial conditions are that.. EX-910E is 40 g/L, F-2921E is 6 g/L, the pre-bake condition is 100 ℃×2-3 min, curing condition is 160 ℃ × 2. 5 min.
