摘要
[目的]总结喉癌喉功能重建病人的围术期观察与护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析23例喉癌病人行喉功能重建的临床资料。[结果]本组病人7d～10d后拔除胃管,进流质饮食;颈部切口及气管造口均7d拆线,一期愈合,未发生咽瘘、气管造口感染等并发症;经过2周的规范化训练,术后发音效果Ⅰ级7例,Ⅱ级9例,Ⅲ级4例,3例全喉切除病人可正确使用电子喉发音。[结论]加强喉癌病人行喉功能重建的围术期护理是手术成功的保证。
Abstract Objective： It summarized perioperative observation and nursing measures of laryngeal cancer patients accepting larynx reconstruction. Methods：Clinical data of 23 cases of laryngeal cancer patients accepting larynx reconstruction were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All 23 patients have extracted gastric tubes on the 7th-10th day after operation. They were given liquid diet. Cervical part incision and tracheostoma of all patients were removed the stitches on the 7th day after operation. All cases were primary healing. None had complicated with pharyngeal fistula or tracheostoma infection. After two weeks of normalized training, seven cases were with grade I postoperative voice effect,9 cases with grade Ⅱ ,and fours cases with grade Ⅲ. And 3 cases can correctly use electronic larynx to pronounce after undergoing total laryngectomy. Conclusion： To strengthen perioperative nursing for laryngeal cancer patients undergoing larynx reconstruction can ensure operation successfully.
